Activities & Events Coordinator Pacific Grove Senior Living Do you love planning fun events, building connections, and making people smile? At Pacific Grove Senior Living, we are looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activities & Events Coordinator to help create meaningful experiences for our residents every day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing people together, thinking outside the box, and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere where seniors can thrive. What You’ll Do As our Activities & Events Coordinator, you’ll help make every day exciting and meaningful for our residents by: Planning and leading daily activities, games, outings, exercise groups, crafts, music, and social events Creating engaging monthly activity calendars and community newsletters Building relationships with residents and learning their interests, hobbies, and life stories Organizing holiday celebrations, themed parties, family events, and special community programs Encouraging resident participation and helping residents feel included and connected Collaborating with team members to support resident wellbeing and quality of life Helping create a fun, welcoming, and positive environment throughout the community Assisting with social media posts, event photos, and community engagement What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and outgoing personality Creativity, energy, and strong people skills Experience planning activities, events, or group programs preferred Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, childcare, recreation, or customer service experience is a plus Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable leading group activities and interacting with residents and families Basic computer and social media skills Valid driver’s license preferred Why Join Pacific Grove?
