You'll join a dedicated team focused on fostering student growth and well-being, particularly for children with autism, learning disabilities, speech and language impairments, and those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Key qualifications: Possession of, or experience with, Tier III School Psychologist licensure. Openness to candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates. Passion for working with diverse student populations, including those with specialized needs. Strong assessment, testing, and counseling skills emphasizing effective interpersonal communication. Flexibility to work full-time, 5 days per week, or part-time, 3-4 days onsite. Primary responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments for approximately 50 students throughout the year. Manage up to 10 initial evaluations and multiple reevaluations. Provide targeted counseling support for a caseload of about 10 students. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies that enhance student learning and behavioral outcomes. Maintain accurate records, communicate findings and recommendations, and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). Serve as a collaborative partner with educators and families to drive student success.
