What’s a typical day as CI03 - Contact Center Representative - Basic? You’ll be:

• Monitoring customer freight and proactively identifying issues to improve operational efficiency.
• Recommending adjustments in response to fluctuating freight volumes.
• Utilizing reports, dashboards, and technology tools to analyze service challenges and trends, and determining solutions.
• Collaborating with leaders, internal teams, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
• Bring 1 to 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
