This role sits 100% onsite in Oshkosh, WI, offering a great opportunity to gain experience and exposure to enterprise IT support.What You’ll Be Doing:Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, and chatTroubleshoot common IT issues including login problems, password resets, hardware/software issues, and basic Windows supportCreate, document, and manage tickets using a ticketing system (ServiceNow)Escalate issues that cannot be resolved remotely and partner with internal IT teams as neededServe as hands-on support at the site when requiredDeliver strong customer service and clear communication with end usersTechnologies You’ll Work With:Windows 10 & 11Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)### Active Directory### ServiceNowWhat We’re Looking For:Completion of an IT degree OR 3 - 6 months + of IT support experienceFamiliarity with troubleshooting Office 365 for end users### Experience utilizing Active Directory### Strong troubleshooting and customer service skillsComfortable supporting users over the phone and documenting issues clearly### Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.### Pay andBenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
