What You Will Do Keep our team running: Lead the Service Desk team and help deliver fast, reliable support that keeps team members productive. Build a great support experience: Create a customer-first culture where people feel heard, supported, and empowered. Lead and develop your team: Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing team that enjoys solving problems and helping others. Drive technology adoption: Partner with teams across the business to roll out new tools, systems, and processes successfully. Make things better every day: Identify trends, improve processes, and find smarter ways to deliver support. What You Will Need IT leadership experience: 5+ years of technology experience with demonstrated leadership and team development skills. Customer-focused mindset: A passion for delivering great service and creating positive experiences. Technical problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, navigate technology, and adapt to new systems quickly. Strong communication skills: Ability to connect with technical and non-technical audiences and build strong relationships. Organization and project management skills: Ability to manage competing priorities and keep initiatives moving forward. Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Management, Accounting, or a related field. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
