Looking for a fulfilling role in a warm and welcoming environment? State + Jones, a beloved breakfast and lunch cafe in Johns Creek, is on the hunt for a dedicated Cafe Associate to join our team. Known for our house-made food, delectable desserts, and the city’s best coffee and tea, we’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests—and we’d love for you to be part of it!

As a Cafe Associate, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages with care and precision.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment.
- Assisting with daily operations, including restocking and light cleaning tasks.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

We’re searching for someone with:
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe Food Preparer or Food Manager certification (preferred but not required).
- A genuine passion for food, coffee, and creating positive customer experiences.
