Industrial blaster

FieldBridge is looking for a Pasadena, TX based Industrial Blaster Painter to work for one of the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $25.00/hour | Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts. Great OT opportunity available. At $25/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,300 gross.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Blaster Painter to prepare surfaces and apply industrial coatings at the Pasadena, TX facility. In this role, you will be responsible for using blasting techniques to remove contaminants and properly prepare surfaces, followed by the precise application of industrial coatings to meet quality and durability standards. This position requires strong knowledge of equipment operation, coating application methods, and workplace safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, rust, old paint, and contaminants from surfaces using blasting media such as sand, grit, and shot
• Prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and durability of industrial coatings
• Apply industrial coatings including paints, primers, and sealants using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
• Mix and apply coatings in accordance with specifications and safety guidelines
• Inspect surfaces before and after coating application to ensure they are clean, dry, and free from defects

Required Qualifications

• High Shcool Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as an industrial blaster or painter in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in operating blasting equipment and spray application tools
• Knowledge of industrial coating types, mixing procedures, and application techniques
• Familiarity with safety protocols and proper use of PPE in a blasting and painting environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow coating specifications and quality standards
