What You'll Do You'll wear a lot of hats and play an important role in keeping the clinic running smoothly. Welcome and interact with patients throughout their visit Obtain and document patient vitals Perform routine blood draws Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by providers Maintain lab equipment and required documentation Prepare and process laboratory testing Assist with inventory and ordering Help with front desk responsibilities when needed Keep the clinic organized, clean, and running efficiently Work closely with providers and teammates to create an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For You don't need a perfect resume. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and energetic Comfortable talking with patients and providers Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping people A strong communicator Reliable and accountable A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new technology Flexible with clinic hours, including some evenings and Saturdays Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of 180 externship hours Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required Venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injection experience highly preferred Must pass a criminal background check Clinic Hours Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Benefits Health, dental & vision insurance Disability insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Scrubs provided Tuition reimbursement Employee discount The Person We're Looking For We're not just hiring someone to take vitals and draw blood.
