Principal Product Designer

Salary: $166,400 - 174,720 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for 7+ years of professional Product or UX Design experience, supported by a strong portfolio of shipped, complex enterprise digital products.
• We require a bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• We need a proven track record of owning and delivering user-centered design solutions for multi-step workflows, enterprise software, or similarly complex systems.
• We expect deep expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools, along with a solid understanding of front-end development practices and technical limitations.
• We value demonstrated success working in fast-paced Agile environments and partnering closely with engineering teams through implementation.
• Were seeking excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present design reasoning clearly to cross-functional leaders and partners.
• Preferred background includes B2B SaaS, technology distribution, e-commerce, or CRM enterprise platforms.
• Experience with quote-to-order processes, advanced pricing models, or multi-user enterprise workflow systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or automated workflow interfaces is a plus.

• We lead design efforts across major features and end-to-end workflows in the Quotes domain, guiding projects from discovery through launch.
• We collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and UX teammates to define needs, shape design direction, and address technical constraints.
• We turn complex business requirements into clear, cohesive, and intuitive enterprise experiences.
• We plan, conduct, and interpret user research and usability testing to validate ideas and support data-informed design decisions.
• We create deliverables across the full fidelity spectrum, including journey maps, interactive prototypes, visual designs, and design specifications.
• We help evolve our enterprise design system to maintain consistency across digital touchpoints.
• We raise overall design quality, mentor junior designers, and contribute to a strong collaborative design culture.
