UrbanX Pest & Wildlife Removal Services is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused In-Market Door-to-Door (D2D) Appointment Setter to help homeowners and businesses protect their properties from wildlife and pest-related issues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face communication, enjoys working outdoors, and is driven by performance-based success.

As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will represent the UrbanX brand by educating property owners on humane wildlife removal, pest prevention, and long-term protection solutions. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified appointments for our inspection and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods and service areas

• Educate homeowners about wildlife risks, pest activity, property damage, and prevention solutions

• Identify customer pain points and generate interest in UrbanX services

• Schedule qualified inspections and service appointments for the sales/inspection team

• Maintain accurate appointment records and daily activity tracking

• Represent the company professionally and positively in the field

• Work closely with leadership and technicians to maximize customer experience

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals

• Stay informed on UrbanX services including wildlife removal, exclusion, sanitation, and prevention

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a competitive and positive attitude

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Previous D2D sales, canvassing, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a plus

• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
