Construction Project Manager
London Approach
A well established commercial GC in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Project Manager to support a pipeline of healthcare, higher education, and life science projects throughout the region. All projects are located within no more than 1.5 hours of Center City Philadelphia. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication Coordinate with field teams, architects, and ownership throughout project execution Track project financials, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC or CM firm Experience with healthcare, higher education, and/or life science projects Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Experience managing occupied renovations and technical projects preferred Procore or similar construction software experience preferred What They Offer Competitive compensation and bonus structure Strong pipeline of local work Long-term growth opportunity with a collaborative team Health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and vehicle allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr London Approach
