Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing audit, review, and compilation engagements – from planning through completion Applying knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation Researching and analyzing financial data and audit‑related issues Building trusted client relationships and providing actionable recommendations Supervising, training, and mentoring team members on audit processes Developing an understanding of each client’s business operations Supporting additional accounting services as needed What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of audit experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude Commitment to delivering superior client serviceAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area Why WP+D?
