This firm are growing exponentially having recently opened several new offices across multiple states and are looking for a Patent Litigation Associate Attorney that is dedicated to furthering their exceptional pro bono service and the continued professional development of their community. This firm offers a flexible hybrid working model with 3 core office days and the possibility to progress to Partner. About you 2 to 5 years of patent litigation experience in Federal District Courts. Excellent academic credentials with excellent organizational, written, and analytical skills. Experience drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, managing written discovery, and conducting legal research. An undergraduate/advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or another closely related technical field. Technical ability to work effectively and collaborate with clients across a variety of industries. Must be a member of the State Bar for the office to which you are applying or be eligible for admission via waiver. Preferred but not essential: Experience preparing for and participating in depositions and other phases of Litigation. Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages.
