Audience Engagement Manager

Crawford Group ( is seeking an experienced Audience Engagement Manager to help design, launch, and optimize a partner co-selling event engagement program.

This role sits at the intersection of event marketing, audience development, campaign operations, partner marketing, and sales enablement. The Audience Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing audience acquisition and engagement strategies, creating compelling event communications, enabling seller and partner outreach, and driving measurable business outcomes through virtual event experiences.

What You'll Do

Audience Engagement & Growth Strategy:

• Develop audience acquisition strategy including program name, audience journey, engagement, and retention strategies for global partner-focused virtual event programs.
• Content, Messaging & Campaign Development.
• Develop event copywriting and campaign messaging.
• Create event messaging playbooks and communication frameworks.
• Develop audience-facing content and promotional campaigns.

Write and manage:

• Create attendee journey frameworks that drive registration, attendance, participation, and post-event action
• Define persona-based targeting strategies aligned to solution areas, partner priorities, and business objectives.
• Develop attendance growth plans and audience recruitment strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, participation, event conversion, and pipeline acceleration metrics.
• Recommend formats, audience experiences, and engagement tactics that drive meaningful interactions
• Save-the-date communications.
• Invitation sequences
• Registration campaigns
• Reminder communications
• Day-of-event messaging.
• Post-event follow-up communications
• Develop partner enablement materials and outreach resources
• Create co-selling messaging that aligns sellers and partners around shared audience goals

Registration & Campaign Operations:

• Build and manage audience recruitment campaigns
• Create copy for the reg page and automated emails (confirmation, reminder, etc).
• Monitor registration performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Develop and implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Seller & Partner Enablement
• Support seller and partner outreach efforts
• Create invitation templates, outreach messaging, and enablement resources
• Partner with stakeholders and partner organizations to increase participation
• Develop and manage micro-incentive strategies that encourage attendance, engagement, meeting conversion and deal acceleration
• Support co-selling initiatives through targeted communications and campaign support
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Review registration, attendance, engagement, and campaign performance metrics and advise on optimal outcomes
• Monitor event-influenced opportunities and pipeline activity
• Co-develop KPI reporting and performance dashboards
• Analyze audience behavior and campaign effectiveness
• Provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement
• Ensure alignment between event outcomes and business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fast paced B2B tech companies managing audience marketing, demand generation, campaign management, audience development
• Experience in MSX and/or Dynamics 365
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, partner marketing, channel marketing, or co-selling programs
• Strong understanding of audience acquisition and engagement strategies
• Experience developing event communications and multi-touch marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, registration systems, and CRM tools
• Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools
• Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, or digital-first event programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented

Location: Can work remotely from within the U.S.
Duration: 10-35 Hrs. pr week from 7/20/2026 through12/31/2026)
Rate: $60-$75/hour as a W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
