The schedule is Mon‑Fri, 8am - 5pm. Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) Requirements CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) license Active CPR TB test within the past 12 months At least a year of CMA experience Work Environment Very busy atmosphere. Highly stressful when dealing with individual personalities of co‑workers, patients and their families. Potential for regular exposure to blood‑borne diseases (Category I). Potential for exposure to chemical hazards (Category B). Physical Demands Prolonged, extensive or considerable standing/walking. Assists with lifting and moving patients as necessary. Lifts supplies/equipment up to 20 lbs, occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching. Apply now!
