The Role in Brief:  

EAB is seeking an Digital Media Strategist to join the growing Strategic Partnerships team within Hybrid, our award-winning higher education marketing agency. 

As a Digital Media Strategist, you will support Senior Account Managers in the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of strategic university partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Paid Media, Creative, Research & Insights, and Production—you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered successfully while building trusted relationships with partners and developing the skills to become a strategic advisor. 

This role is ideal for a collaborative, consultative relationship builder who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, translating campaign performance into meaningful insights, coordinating complex projects, and helping partners achieve their enrollment and marketing goals.
