Key Responsibilities Manage daily healthcare administrative operations, including regulatory compliance, billing oversight, and policy implementation Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant federal and state healthcare mandates across all operational workflows Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize electronic health record (EHR) utilization and administrative data systems Analyze operational metrics and patient throughput data using SQL and BI dashboards to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements Coordinate vendor relationships and manage contracts for healthcare software, insurance providers, and third-party administrative services Prepare audit-ready reports and compliance documentation for executive leadership and regulatory bodies What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of experience in healthcare administration, health informatics, or healthcare operations management Deep working knowledge of US healthcare systems, HIPAA compliance, and medical billing standards (ICD-10, CPT) Proficiency with enterprise EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) Strong project management skills with a history of executing compliance or operational process improvements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's (MHA/MBA) preferred Bonus: Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credential #J-18808-Ljbffr
