Patient Services Specialist ER, Evening

Patient Services Specialist – Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett, WA Shift: Evening Shift with every other weekend availability. Part‑time. Responsibilities Captures all demographic and insurance information timely and accurately in the Medical Record system. Prepares and coordinates distribution of patient information to nursing units and ancillary departments. Adheres to all compliance and regulatory requirements. Collects patient copayments, pre‑payments, and payments due. Works side‑by‑side with the clinical team in the emergency department. Required Qualifications Clerical and in‑person professional customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience in computer data entry. Familiarity with medical terminology. Compensation Pay range: $23.50 – $40.58 per hour, with additional compensation possible through shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, bonuses, and other incentives.
