What does an ADA OnDemand Coordinator do?

As an ADA On-Demand Coordinator at CATA, you'll provide critical organizational support for the ADA and On-Demand services department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Checking weekly and monthly CATARide paperwork for accuracy with bank deposits and patron account charges.
2. Conducting weekly and end-of-month fare audits to ensure accuracy of trip counts between shared-ride and ADA.
3. End-of-month data entry for CATARide, CATAGo, and CATACommute.
4. Verification of invoice data for CATARide, CATAGo, and CATACommute services.
5. Monitoring PennDOT FMR applications and mailing documents as appropriate.
6. Assisting with patron education.
7. Assists in scheduling ADA training for new employees.
8. Assisting with patron education.
9. Reviewing phone monitoring reports from IT in accordance with ADA compliance requirements.
10. All other tasks as assigned

Proficient with Excel and able to work with multiple software systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing.

Strong communication skills for interacting with patrons, vendors, and colleagues.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Experienced in transportation services, ADA compliance, or administrative roles preferred but not required.
