Infusion Nurse

Do you enjoy working with kids while using your high-level infusion nursing skills? We are looking for an awesome Registered Nurse to join our fun and caring IV team! Position: Infusion Nurse Location: Roseville, MN Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM with some scheduling flexibility On‑Call: Rotating on‑call responsibilities and occasional evening/weekend support (approximately 5 weekends per year) Job Details Provide assessment and care of patients receiving home IV therapy. Communicate appropriate patient information with other members of the health care team. Develop, implement and maintain nursing care plans. Demonstrate competency in identified areas. Adhere to PHS policies and procedures and standards set up by other appropriate regulatory groups. Provide training and education for patients, families or caregivers to safely deliver home IV therapy. Document pertinent information on the patient’s record. Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Willingness to obtain Wisconsin RN licensure. Current BLS or CPR certification. Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience. Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills. Preferred Qualifications Pediatric nursing experience. Infusion therapy experience. Venipuncture skills. Home care or home infusion experience. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
