Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, and Workforce Deployment, along with hands-on technical experience in integrations, data migration, Redwood UI, and Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Learning
- Compensation
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Workforce Deployment
- Gather business requirements and conduct solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Design and facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End User Training.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications following Oracle best practices.
- Perform data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
- Develop and support integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST Web Services, and HDL.
- Develop SQL queries, reports, and data validation scripts using Oracle SQL.
- Customize and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM using Redwood UI and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Implement data masking and security best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize batch processes, and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills
- 8–10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation or support experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Workforce Deployment
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
- Experience developing HCM Extracts.
- Expertise with BI Publisher.
- Experience with SOAP/REST Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with Redwood UI and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).
- Knowledge of Data Masking and Oracle HCM security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification.
- Experience with AI Agents or AI-driven HR automation.
- Experience in enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
