Amazon Reviews ManagerKyiv, Kyiv city, UkraineAbout the JobAre you passionate about e-commerce and have a knack for digital marketing? Our client, a dynamic force in online retail with multiple prestigious Amazon brands under its belt, is seeking a strategic-minded Amazon Review Collection Manager.The RoleAt the forefront of this role, your responsibilities will be:Strategize and implement review collection initiatives across all of our Amazon product listingsPlan and execute giveaways to incentivize customers to leave reviewsMonitor and respond to direct messages from customers regarding their experience with our productsWork closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all review collection effortsTrack and report on star ratings across all productsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant:Has 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferredKnows Amazon's policies and guidelinesHas excellent communication skills, both written and verbalIs self-motivated with strong attention to detailCan work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentHas strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metricsOffer DetailsThis position offers flexible working hours between 4-10 PM EST, making it perfect for those looking for remote work. The compensation for this position ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience, and also includes attractive performance bonuses.
