Work Environment This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own environment while maintaining a structured schedule. Team members can choose between a 4x10 or 5x8 work schedule, with working hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy and counseling to a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Conduct in-depth interviews to gather vital social, personal, environmental, and health information.

Evaluate and treat psychological and emotional issues within your scope of practice, using evidence-based methodologies.

Develop and coordinate programs tailored to meet the social and emotional needs of clients.

Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions, manage short-term crises, and connect clients with relevant community resources.

Foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and empathy to enhance the client experience.

Monitor treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches to ensure effectiveness.

Keep meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to organizational documentation protocols.

Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring all documentation is current and reflective of ongoing client care.

Be prepared to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus This role will focus on a diverse client base, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, grief, and family dynamics. Qualifications

A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Virginia.

Demonstrated proficiency in addressing a variety of mental health issues such as substance abuse, familial challenges, and grief.
