Territory Manager

$65,000-$85,000 Base + Monthly Uncapped Commission This position offers strong earning potential and is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, managing complex projects, and creating long-term customer partnerships. You'll spend time in the office , meeting with clients , and visiting active job sites while managing high-visibility projects from opportunity to close. Success in this role can come from a variety of backgrounds, including industrial sales , technical sales , HVAC , fire protection, security, building automation , and commercial construction . Industry-specific training is provided. What You'll Do: Business Development Build relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants, architects, and contractors. Identify elevator modernization opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Secure business to drive branch growth. Bids, Proposals, & Contracts Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and prepare bids, estimates, and modernization recommendations. Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and guide customers through project scope, pricing, and planning. Maintain CRMactivity, sales forecasts, market awareness, and product knowledge while supporting projects through completion. What You Bring: Success in B2B sales, outside sales, business development, account management, or consultative sales. Technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex products. Strong relationship-building, communication, attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
