Overview: Job Title: Scrum Master - Enterprise Data Office (Asset Management) Location: Irvine, CA Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 8-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support large-scale Enterprise Data Office (EDO) initiatives within the Asset Management domain. The ideal candidate will lead Agile execution across Data, Analytics, Governance, and Technology workstreams while driving enterprise data transformation programs. Strong expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, Asset Management, and enterprise data platforms is essential. Required Skills Agile & Scrum
- 8-10+ years of IT and Data Program delivery experience
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting enterprise programs

- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise delivery standards
- Support enterprise Data & Analytics transformation initiatives
- Monitor sprint progress, delivery metrics, and release forecasts
- Identify and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery issues
- Coordinate multiple Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders
- Maintain Agile documentation and reporting using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- ICAgile Certification
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Agile Coaching Certification
- Experience supporting enterprise Data Governance organizations
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams within Asset or Investment Management firms
