We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume distribution operation, drive performance, and create a safe, productive environment on 2nd shift .
What You'll Do
Lead receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
Coach and develop warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals
Monitor WMS data, staffing, and daily KPIs to keep operations running efficiently
Partner with leadership on hiring, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement
Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence
What You Bring
?? 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
?? Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
?? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
?? Knowledge of high-volume inbound and outbound distribution operations
?? Automated distribution center experience is a plus
