Program Manager - Agile

Qualifications Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, with a focus on program flexibility and delivery speed. Proven experience as an RTE/Program Manager specializing in Lead to Cash related business applications or enterprise IT programs. Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to lead multiple large-scale programs concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget. Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and proactive management of program risks and issues. Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and negotiation skills, particularly in managing complex program requirements and expectations. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
