What You Will Do
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.

- Manage reservations on OpenTable
- Preforms reservation call-backs and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Enthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining
- Manage waiting guests
- Designate table assignments
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests
- Be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests
- Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively, Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations
- Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
- Tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times
- Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server
- Communicate changes/events that can influence covers
- Other tasks as assigned
- Ability to use reservation systems
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests
- Flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Confidence in personal style and appearance
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Communication and ability to delegate
- Skilled in time management
