Lead Barista: Craft Coffee Art & Guest Experience

Shore Lodge Whitetail is seeking a Lead Barista to deliver memorable beverage experiences for our guests in McCall, Idaho. You will craft espresso drinks, describe menu items, take orders, and train new staff while maintaining SOPs. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold beverages, managing stock, operating the POS system, and ensuring clean, welcoming service areas.
