As a Nail Technician at EARTH Nail Spa, you are responsible for delivering consistent, high quality nail services while upholding the brand’s standards for sanitation, professionalism, and client experience. You represent the culture, technique, and integrity of EARTH with every service performed. Our technicians are not only skilled service providers. You are educators, brand ambassadors, and contributors to a team driven environment. Core Responsibilities Perform manicures and pedicures according to EARTH service protocols Provide Dazzle Dry, traditional gel polish, builder gel overlays, and Gel-X extensions Deliver both wet and dry pedicures with proper callus care and detailed cuticle work Maintain precision, consistency, and attention to detail in every service Educate clients on nail health and maintenance Sanitation & Safety Follow hospital grade sterilization protocols at all times Properly clean, package, and process implements through the autoclave Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the day Disinfect surfaces, tools, and pedicure areas between every client Comply with all Texas licensing regulations and EARTH internal standards Client Experience Greet clients professionally and maintain positive communication Ensure services are not rushed and meet brand quality standards Address client concerns calmly and professionally Support membership education and retention through excellent service Team Contribution & Operational Support Participate in tip pooling and membership commission pooling Complete assigned opening duties to prepare the salon for the day Complete assigned closing duties to ensure the salon is fully reset Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, including backbar, supply areas, and break room Refill supplies, restock stations, and notify management of low inventory Support fellow technicians when needed to maintain smooth service flow Attend required training and development sessions Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability Performance Expectations Technicians are evaluated on: Technical quality and consistency Client satisfaction and retention Sanitation compliance Contribution to opening and closing responsibilities Teamwork and collaboration Professional conduct and reliability At EARTH Nail Spa, excellence is maintained not just through service, but through daily discipline in cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
