Sr. HR Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our clients' team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys leading people, partnering with leadership, and driving HR initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong benefits administration expertise, prior supervisory experience, and a collaborative leadership style.



Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees.
• Lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, employee education, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Supervise and develop HR team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative HR solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and extensive HR experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience managing direct reports strongly preferred.
• Strong benefits administration background required.
• Thorough knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
