Job Title: Metal Fabricator
Location: Fairmont, MN
Compensation: $18.00+ per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00am- 3:00pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Metal Fabricator workers for a manufacturing company in Fairmont, MN. • Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals
• Prepare, fabricate, and paint parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
• Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and production defects promptly

What You Need to Bring to the Metal Fabricator Role:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team
