The Operations and Office Assistant supports the efficient functioning of a small operations and office team by managing scheduling, customer support, and office organization tasks. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role ensures smooth daily operations including inventory management, document filing, and basic bookkeeping, while maintaining excellent communication within the team and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Provide responsive customer support
• Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels
• File and manage documents systematically
• Handle reception duties and greet visitors
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Coordinate product deliveries
