Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This person will take overall commercial and contractual ownership of projects from pre-construction through final execution. This role will work closely with project managers, estimating, and legal to ensure that all contracts are procured, administered and closed in an efficient and sound manner. Pay is in the $60K+ range, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and leadership during bid and project execution phases
• Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain contract templates and standard terms & conditions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual issues
• Track key contract milestones, obligations, and deliverables
• Manage CRM platform
• Ensure insurance requirements are met and documentation provided, as well as bonds

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with contract documents
• Familiarity with contract management software (e.g., Procore, CMicC, or similar platforms)
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and bonding requirements in construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
