About the Role:

ENOCH LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Charlotte, NC! This is an exciting temp-to-full-time opportunity for a motivated driver ready to build a long-term career with a growing company. Responsibilities:

• Operate dump truck safely and efficiently for material hauling and delivery across job sites in the Charlotte, NC area
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Load and unload materials including dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris
• Communicate with dispatchers and site supervisors to coordinate timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and delivery documentation
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies on every route
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly

Requirements:

• being able to drive a manual transmission are hired with road test (the fastest). 
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license required (must have held license for two years)
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with a safe driving history
• 1 year dump truck or heavy equipment driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service (HOS) compliance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
