Bilingual Medical Assistant – Spanish/English

Now Hiring! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced Bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish/English) to join our growing medical practice.

The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills who can work efficiently in a busy medical office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and clinical office duties
• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms
• Take and document patient vital signs
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR
• Assist the physician with patient care
• Handle and document vaccines according to office protocols
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines
• Communicate with insurance companies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Maintain an organized and professional clinical environment

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous Medical Assistant or healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with computers and EHR systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
