Overview Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our residents. This position is essential in fostering a safe and supportive environment while ensuring that each resident receives personalized care tailored to their needs. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting. Administer medications, perform assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Educate residents and provide emotional support as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to coordinate care. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin. Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred. Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices related to senior care. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on building relationships. Basic knowledge of electronic health records systems is a plus. Clinical skills, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans. Ability to provide patient education and emotional support. Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
