Senior Restoration TechnicianAs a Senior Restoration Technician, you will perform hands-on water damage mitigation and mold remediation work under the direction of a Crew Chief or Project Manager. Unlike the competition, we provide you with the tools. Restoration experience is required. We help advance your career by providing training and certifications.Water Damage MitigationExtract water using pumps, wet vacuums, and extraction equipmentSet up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbersTake moisture readings and document drying progressPerform light demolition of wet carpet, pad, drywall, baseboards, and trimBuild containment using plastic sheeting and zipper doorsMold RemediationEstablish negative-air containmentSafely remove and bag affected materialsApply antimicrobial products and encapsulantsHEPA-vacuum and clean surfacesOperate air filtration devices and maintain containmentDocument remediation progressGeneral DutiesSafely operate hand and power toolsClean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areasHandle customer belongings with careCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersUse mobile apps for photos, job notes, and documentationMaintain clean, organized, and safe jobsitesFollow PPE, chemical-safety, and lifting proceduresPaid Training & Career PathThis is more than a job—it is a career opportunity.
