Lead Restoration Technician

Lead Restoration TechnicianDirect hire: Seeking a motivated and professional Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Lakeway, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in the restoration industry, not just fill a job. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water, fire, or mold restoration and the ability to lead projects while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a dependable, clean-cut professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with customers, and help lead restoration teams through successful project completion. Previous experience supervising teams or managing restoration projects is preferred. Tools, equipment and PPE provided (candidate must have work boots). Working location: Greater Austin, TX area. Pay range: $26hr - $36hr (depending on experience). Base hours/schedule: M - F, 8am - 5pm, +OT (also on-call rotation).
