Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons (SOS) in  Montgomery, Alabama is actively seeking a  Fellowship-Trained Orthopaedic Adult Reconstruction Surgeon to join our well-established and respected practice. With  strong market demand, established referral networks, and dedicated practice support, this opportunity is positioned for continued growth and offers access to modern facilities and a clear path to partnership. Position Highlights

• Mix of clinic and OR
  • OR cases typically 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday–Friday schedule; no weekend clinic
• ModMed EMR
• Call shared equally among physicians
• Onsite and nearby ancillary support: imaging, physical therapy, orthopaedic urgent care
• Modest general ortho responsibilities as you build your practice

• Collaborative group of 14 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers
• 5 practice locations throughout the Montgomery area
• Fully integrated ancillaries:
• Physical and Occupational Therapy (8 PT/OTs and 9 PTAs)

• Walk-in urgent orthopaedic care clinic
• ModMed EMR for seamless documentation
• Advanced Imaging Center and ASC
• Proud team physicians for the  Montgomery Biscuits (MiLB affiliate of Tampa Bay Rays)
• Expanding soon: Brand-new ASC, MRI, and medical office building

Education and Experience

• BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction Surgery
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient focused, collaborative, team player
• Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license.
