PROGRAM MANAGER - AI/ML

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) programs for Department of Defense customers. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, machine learning, or data science, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. This is a critical role within our organization, requiring close collaboration with government customers, technical teams, and stakeholders across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead cross-functional technical teams to develop and deliver AI/ML and data science solutions for Department of Defense applications Collaborate extensively with government customers to understand their needs and ensure program success Define and oversee program technical direction, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve program goals Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and external partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networking to grow the company's portfolio

REQUIREMENTS:

US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance (TS/SCI is preferred) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, data science, or a related field Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software development projects and technical teams Strong understanding of AI/ML and data science concepts, algorithms, and tools Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working with government agencies and familiarity with their procurement processes The team at MORSE takes pride in being the smart team that is easy to work with.
