Seeking Dentist in Hershey, PA - Great pay and benefits!
We are looking for the right candidate for a part-time/Full-Time Dentist position in a busy general practice in Hershey, Pennsylvania. We offer a family-oriented environment and team-oriented staff. EFDAs on staff to increase efficiency. FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDED FOR FULL-TIME STAFF. Owner offers complete autonomy and mentorship for those wanting guidance and/or wanting to expand their skill set.
Potential for growth is only limited by your ability. Position available for immediate start. In this role, you will be expected to deliver Moral and ethical dentistry. The owner and our lead doctor are available to mentor you. All levels of experience welcome. Office is conveniently located to Harrisburg, Lebanon, and Lancaster.
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation:
- Daily Minimum ($750-900) depending on experience is given for up to three month or 35% collections whichever is greater.

- Potential for profit sharing once established
Dentist Requirements and Qualifications:
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association.
- Must have valid PA license.
- Certification in CPR.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication.
- Compassionate and caring of patients.
- Complies with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures.
