In this role, you will provide front-line technical support to employees and clients — resolving hardware, software, and system issues through a structured ticketing environment while partnering with cross-functional technology teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end IT service. This is a hybrid work schedule with 3 days a week in office.No sponsorship is provided for this role; all candidates must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions indefinitely.What You'll DoDeliver on-site and remote technical support to employees and clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware, software, and printing issuesMaintain complete lifecycle ownership of support tickets — from intake through resolution — utilizing strong communication skills to keep end users informed at every stageExecute computer builds and personalization using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), ensuring standardized imaging and software deployment across the organizationResolve Microsoft application issues including Windows OS and Microsoft 365 / Office Suite, applying systematic troubleshooting methodology to diagnose and fix root causes efficientlyAdminister Active Directory user accounts and directory services to support employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management requestsCoordinate with Infrastructure, Server, VoIP, and Network teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents that exceed Tier 1 or Tier 2 resolution capacityPartner with hardware vendors to facilitate equipment replacement and repair, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user productivityStrengthen organizational IT reliability by proactively identifying recurring issues and contributing to knowledge base documentation and process improvement effortsWhat You Need to SucceedTwo-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; applicable experience accepted in lieu of degree0–3 years of IT help desk, desktop support, or related technical support experienceDemonstrated experience troubleshooting Microsoft applications including Windows OS and Microsoft 365 / Office SuiteHands-on Active Directory experience including user account management, password resets, and basic directory administrationExperience using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or equivalent) to log, prioritize, and resolve end-user support requestsAbility to build, configure, and troubleshoot end-user hardware including laptops and desktop computersStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, user-friendly explanationsAbility to manage multiple open tickets concurrently and adapt priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Intune for computer imaging and software deploymentVoIP system troubleshooting or support experienceCompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certificationExperience coordinating with hardware vendors for equipment RMA or replacementFamiliarity with Infrastructure, Server, or Network team collaboration for Tier 2/3 escalationsCompensationThe approximate compensation range for this position is $27.84 to $34.00 per hour. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
