We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) with strong clinical, computer, and multi-tasking skills to join our team.As a CAREonsite Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting occupational health services, assisting medical providers, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. This position offers a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Schedule & Pay:Schedule: As Needed, Monday - Friday 0700 - 1630Pay Range: $22 - $25 hourlyWhat You'll Do:Conduct physical exams, including vision, hearing, vitals, respiratory fit testing, and drug/alcohol testing.Perform basic lab tests and prepare specimens.Administer medications and injections, perform blood draws, apply splints and dressings.Ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready for patient care.Assist medical providers during examinations and procedures.Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling, answering phones, and maintaining patient charts.Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.Perform COVID-related duties, including temperature screening, questionnaires, vital signs, and testing.Support both front and back-office functions as needed.What We're Looking For:Completion of a Medical Assistant (MA) program from an accredited school.Medical Assistant (MA) certification meeting state medical board requirements.Current BCLS (CPR/AED) certification.Clinical experience is a plus!Strong communication and organizational skills.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a team that makes a difference, apply today!
