We're looking for a detail-driven, relationship-focused Estimator who thrives in fast-paced commercial construction environments and knows how to turn complex projects into profitable opportunities. In this role, you'll work directly with leadership, contractors, architects, and project teams to analyze plans, prepare accurate bids, and help secure high-value commercial glazing projects. Your ability to interpret architectural drawings, manage multiple estimates, and build strong client relationships will be key to your success. What You'll Do Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate project estimates Prepare detailed take-offs and cost analyses for commercial glazing projects Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, sales, and project management teams throughout preconstruction Manage project timelines, budgets, and bid submissions with precision Stay current on glazing systems, installation methods, pricing, and industry trends Build lasting client relationships to support future business growth What You Bring Strong knowledge of commercial construction bidding and estimating Experience with glazing systems and exterior construction finishes preferred Exceptional attention to detail and drawing interpretation skills High-level organization, communication, and time management abilities Associate's degree or equivalent experience required 2+ years of estimating or related construction experience preferred Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Construction, Estimating, or Project Management Experience in commercial glazing or exterior façade estimating/sales Job Number - 3605971AL #J-18808-Ljbffr
