Manufacturing Production Operator

2nd Shift 15% Differential & 3rd Shift 22.5% Differential Your Role As a Production Operator, you will play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. You will manufacture medical products/components using manual and/or Laser/CNC/NC machine tools such as mill, lathe, grinder, or EDM, applying industry standard machine tool techniques to ensure customer product requirements and Tegra Medical requirements are met. Operate and monitor production equipment. Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods. Follow safety and quality protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
