About This Role
Little Rainbow Daycare Center are considering accepting applications from Early Childhood Head Teachers with a passion for working with children, and we are in search of someone who is eager, dependable and professional. An ideal candidate for this position will be dedicated to improving the skills, creativity and intelligence of young children. The successful applicant will be creative in their approach to teaching, helping and nurturing children during their formative years.

- Communicate effectively with families and other members of your treatment team.
- Develop meaningful relationships with each family you serve.
- Create a strong and vibrant classroom culture that nurtures children in healthy ways.
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum content.
- Use assessment tools to track each child's development across multiple domains.
- Interpret assessment data and use it to make meaningful altering classroom activities.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that children are meeting their developmental milestones.
- Associates Degree Required
- Must be registered with CTOEC registry Head Teacher Certificate. ( required )
- CPR/ First Aid Certification (Required)
