Benefits Support & Analytics Specialist Hybrid Work

Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. is looking for a Client Support Specialist in Employee Health & Benefits. In this role, you will support clients by reviewing plan documents, assisting in the RFP process, and creating employee communications. You will collaborate with the Client Management team and handle implementation and renewals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
