Roles & Responsibilities Boutique Associate: Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences. Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences. Curate the merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment. Style Advisor: Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise. Deliver world‑class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments. Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia. Service Advisor: Welcome clients. Match clients with their product and direct them to the right Service Counter. Prepare products for processing. Process transactions efficiently and accurately. Package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience. Support operations at the Service Counter. Inventory Associate: Process incoming and outgoing shipments between the DC, boutique and clients accurately. Strategically place products in the backroom. Uphold standards of product display. Enable seamlessly integrated cross‑channel shopping experiences. Support seamless operations across clients, product, space, risk and operations. Merchandiser: Process incoming and outgoing shipments between the DC, boutique and clients accurately. Strategically place products on the sales floor. Translate the product story in boutiques. Validate standards of product display. Enable seamlessly integrated cross‑channel shopping experiences. Support seamless operations across clients, product, space, risk and operations.
