Your objective is to ensure three core commitments are fulfilled for every child in your cohort: genuine enthusiasm for school, learning velocity at 2x traditional pace, and acquisition of skills beyond any textbook's scope. You will simultaneously coach the Guides responsible for delivering these same outcomes across your campus. Data informs every decision, and every interaction occurs face‑to‑face. Your time divides between direct work with your student cohort and coaching your Guide team—both with identical expectations for quantifiable advancement, without exception. When a Guide's session underperforms, you do not generate documentation; instead, you observe, debrief, and resolve the issue that same afternoon. You will witness reserved children present with confidence before adults. You will see students who previously despised school request extended time. And you will recognize that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth, because upholding high expectations demonstrates genuine belief in someone's ability to meet them.
